77 gas tank

is it true that the 77s had two gas tank doors but only one tank thanks chad

Not true! The 77 can indeed have two gas filler doors. But the second one(just behind the drivers door) is for the optional auxiliary tank.

Either one or two tanks but included both doors either way.

'70 cruiser, 5.8 explorer EFI, 4R70W, PS, front discs + hydro, twin sticks, 3.5" susp/1" body, 34's, 4.88's, ARB & tru-track

Or they had a blank door that did not open and did not have a hinge. My 77 had only one tank.
