It looks good and for California the price is about right (depending on overall condition). Too bad you weren't about 7 months earlier or I would have been a player. I would tend to agree the uncertainty about the economy and the time of year (with Holidays coming up) may be hurting you.

I can sure take it apart like a pro...it's the putting it back together that's problematic.
