Hello,

Years ago I ran across a thread the showed how to cut and modify your glove box door hinges to clear a roll cage.
Does anybody still have a copy of that write up ?
Please forward here or send directly to my e-mail. Thx

Check and make sure that your glove box will clear the cage before you cut your hinges. That mod works, but it will only gain you about an 1 1/2".

The hinge mod didn't give me enough clearance so I found this idea from a brother on here. Worked great for me.:)

I was never a fan of the modified hinges,so I relocated the glove box over & eliminated the speaker grill,it came out great, and I couldn't be happier,it's probably a little more work but totally worth it in my opinion, good luck,
