NJ - Trenton NJ - 1977 Bronco w/5.0 SEFI

Contact Info: robspace@gmail.com

Location: Central - Trenton Area, NJ

Price: 4000

Description
-----------------------------------------------------

1977 Bronco. Stock axles with 3.50 gears. Stock PS, PB. Rebuilt 86 speed density Mustang 5.0. Rebuilt Bronco C4 with Kevlar bands and shift kit.

I have had the truck for 6 years, and have had most of the truck apart at least once or twice. Body panels and suspension have been on and off. All bolts have been replaced with Ford hardware from Jeff’s Graveyard or Grade 5 or 8. Everything is easy to get back apart, unlike an old rusty truck. Very solid mechanically. Would be great for trail build-up and wheel it for years to come. The body can be restored but will need some replacement panels. Starts every time, shifts are firm, decent power from the stock 5.0. Rides and drives great.

Factory 1977 Power Steering, new Duff’s power brake setup, 3.5" Wildhorses coils with 11 Leaf National rear springs. Black Rockcrawler wheels, 33" BFG AT's, custom bumpers, WINCH NOT included.

Motor: 1986 5.0 HO from Mustang w/speed density, stock rebuild, full SEFI, starts on the first try even if it's been sitting for months. Idles all day long on the trail, does not overheat. Exhaust is stock Bronco with a Cat.verter.

Trans: stock rebuilt Bronco C-4 with Kevlar bands, HD servos, Shift kit.

New over the last 5 years:
-Tom Woods long travel rear drive shaft
-Brake system completely rebuilt (2005), all new or rebuilt parts, new hard and soft lines, new calipers, new hubs and rotors, new drums, new wheel cylinders, new booster and bracket
-adjustable front trackbar
-20 gal Wildhorses rear gastank
-OEM Ford EFI fuel pump
-Ford F-250 PS pump conversion

Body: Body is pretty solid. The truck is ready to go as is if you want a trail truck. There are no huge gaping holes anywhere. If you want a nice street truck the rear bed area and rear 1/4's will need the most attention.

The rust has been repaired from the seatbox forward. Right rocker replaced with tubing, never got to the left side but I have the tubing. Both door posts are solid, firewall and cowl are original with no rust and no leaks. Floors were replaced by previous owner with cheap replacement panels. Rear bed area has some holes, rear 1/4's and striker posts will probably need to be replaced. Rear wheel houses may need to be replaced. Doors skins are dented but the rest of the door is solid. Very little rust overall. Windows work smoothly, locks work and doors open and close.

All electrical works, hazards, high beams, turn signals, wipers, etc. Needs a horn button.

Rear cage will not work with anything but a half cab. Can be easily removed. Made from mandrel bent 2” DOM tubing.

Asking $4000 obo.

New pics added and can be seen at:

Not parting it out just yet. Price lowered to $4300.

I will probably put it up on EBAY soon if no one from the forum wants it.

Thanks
