comments - I enjoyed your web page. I did however notice a few things that can be added to your Bronco history page. In your messege you said that the 69' Broncos the top was not removable. I think thiscould have ben said because alot of changes were made in the wayyou enjoy the top off. For instance 66-68 Broncos:
*The windshield can be folded down and locked into position on the hood.
*The doors can be converted to half doors by simply removing bolts
*Bikini tops can be installed easy because the wipers are out ofway.
I just thaught you might find this interesting (you probably allready new all this).

comments - I have a '71 Bronco that I have been restoring the past two years. It has been a great learning experience for me since I am just 19.I am not going to put any kind of lift on it. It is red with a white top. I have put white fender flares on it. It has a newtailgate, 2 new rocker and kick panels. I had metal welded into the rear wheel wells. There is less than a quart of bondo in the entire bronco. It has a 302 and I put a new 2 barrel carb on itand replace most of the hoses and gaskets on the engine. I am going to keep the three on the tree. I don't drive it muchanymore because I am now in College. It sits at home under awaterproof cover. I drive it whenever I come in from college.I don't think I will ever sell it. My grandfather owns 3 Ford dealerships. I have worked at 2 of them for the last 4 years. The last two years I worked in the parts dept.

I have had my bronco for three years now and it has never let me down. recently, I ditched the stock lowbacks and installed with only minor modifications a pair of leather Eddie Bauer Edition bucket seats, with good results although I have lost the ability to tilt the passenger seat forward. I also acquired a folding seat which I have put on top of my tool box which is bolted in place of the stock back seat. Summer is looking up as My wife is allowing me to finally get it painted ; this is a big deal since we are poor grad. students. Many days of happy driving.

I have cut the price of some of the upgrades I made by installing power steering out of ford trucks , brakes from chevy. anyway if anyone out their needs information on how to convert to disk brakes or power steering. or other modifcations just e-mail me and I can save you money which can be used on other hard to get items.

I took it throgh the Rubicon trail this summer and it done great. Mods include: K&N filtercharger, Detroit c-locker, rancho steering stablizer, 30" BEG A/T's, smittybuilt prerunner brushguard, add-a-leaf in rear, custom anti-sway bar disconnects, 3.73 gears. No lift yet but hopefully someday. Email me when you are in Utah or Moab and lets wheel.

I have a 95 Z71 with 38.5 Super Swampers, but it is a little big for off-road, plus I try to baby it some. Currently in shop for rest of winter doing body work on spare time. Motor was just built with less then 300 miles on it. Have an NP435 transmission sitting next to truck but need to find an affordable adapter. If you have any input on what would be the ideal suspension lift and tire combination to use I would greatly appreciate it. I have a strong preference towards BFG's can't decide AT or MT's also 33 or 35 inch. Here in Nebraska it is mostly mud but I do commute to Colorado and Arkansas to visit other friends who like to hunt and trail ride. Until I found out about the abilities of the internet I had all sorts of problems trying to find information. comments - Hello, I currently have a 1973 for bronco and I am in the process of installing a 93 302 HO out of a mustange. I am currious if you have or know of anybody that has done this swap so I can find out where the problems are going to be before I hit them. My bronco is my daily driver so I am trying to minimize Its down time. Thanks

comments - I have a 1974 Bronco. It has been in the rebuilding stage for almost a year. Rubuilt Engine, automatic transmission, transfer case, 3" chaises lift, 1" body lift, front & rear lockers, front disk brakes, full roll cage, new shocks & the list keeps going. Hope to have it back or the road in June or July. It has been a long but fun project. see ya richl

comments - Bronco`s are the coolest, I have 1972 with a 302 EFI , Accel wiring and computer. It rides on 35 in. buckshots,and 4-wheel Disc brakes,and 4:56 gears.
