What do liftgate hinge bolts look like?

I'm putting the liftgate back on and the hinge looks like any bolt head would interfear with it closing all the way. I do not remember what they look like or how they work!! I checked the vendors who advertise here and no luck. Any help would be great. (picture or discription)

I sold my hardtop years ago, so I can't go look. But it seems I remember countersunk philips head screws.

Yes they are countersunk Phillips whether a nut on the top along with a reinforcement backing plate
