    Another EFI problem

I had similar issues as did my father on his rig. Both turned out to be the TFI (new, but crappy / wrong model # for the dist/computer). My father's was just the TFI; I had the bad TFI and a clogged IAB which caused it to die at the stop light every time. Just throwing it out there, but do...

source for weatherpack connectors and crimping tool

I originally got my kit with crimper from eBay for a great price. I now either go thorough Waytek or DelCity wire to refill my connectors. Look around, you'll find deals out there.

    Ram assist questions

This is how my Redneck Ram is mounted (custom mount made out of 1/4" plate). On the axel side, it is mounted where my panhard is mounted and then onto the tie rod. Some people like to mount the body side of the ram on the frame, pushing on the drag link..I'm not a big fan of that set up...

Does a mustang serpentine setup work on early bronco

Short answer, yes it does. It is what I am running with an mech rev. rotation fan. I ended up moving my rad fwd for clearance, but if you are running an elect fan then you should be "OK". the explorer set up is desirable, but with that being said, unless you're lucky to find one in a junk...

What's the story behind your handle?

Ffmdx This is the same as my license plate on my truck....I've been in the Fire Service for just over 16 yrs (same Dept as 904Bronco) and for 12 of them I was working as a Paramedic on our ambulance. FFMDX = Firefighter Medics. Now I'm promoted, no longer on the box and too lazy to change it...;D

Which EFI intake gives most room for throttle cable?

I moved my throttle cable (Lokar) up about 1-2" above the stock location and also extended my go pedal as well so it pulls inline with the hole....No probs with clearance.. I know it's not your first option, BUT the little time saved me the headache. My GT40 intake does sit a little higher...

    In-Cab dash mounted winch control?

This is a newer version of what I'm using on my overhead switch panel. I found it easier to reach my switches in th emiddle of my cage above me when I'm strapped in. My wired remote works with it as well if I need it. http://www.12voltguy.com/9.5TI-WINCH-PANEL.html
