    Not familiar with what you're using them for but I call them "cage nuts" used for racking and stacking stuff in computer racks. A quick search for cage nuts on Amazon should produce you some results if you know the size.

    Using the Duplicolor rattle can on my wheels... I've been through way too many cans at this point since I had them sandblasted, but that's just my whining. My local PPG guys also said they can mix rattle cans of codes also as option, might be option for you if you're picky about a exact match.

    Any shop Call any old school shop and they'll rebuild it for you assuming they've been in business the last 10 years. Looks to be around $90 - $200 in parts and figure anywhere from $75 - $250 labor a hour assuming you pull it and drop it off, probably three hours max. I personally don't think...
