I did not force anything going together. But yes your correct, I took it out in neutral. It seems to be stuck in 2nd. No noise when running in the air, which surprised me. What can I do to fix it? Oh, I was replacing the rear main seal so just remove and reinstall, no work to trans.

Mine will lock up at the master Cylinder if my rod length is just slightly too long between the power booster and the master Cylinder, but only after about twenty five miles or more.

I even installed them with the factory base allowing them to tumble forward, however the head rest will hit the windshield and not allow enough space to climb in the rear.
