Thoughts on Line X under carpet

If you do put it on, keep these pictures to show the work underneath. I personally wouldn't use it, but would have no issues if I could see what was done prior to application.

First Snow on the New Bronco! Update: more snow!

Definitely post more pics when it is done snowing. Been following this thread and love all the pictures. I thought Spring was here as well, until 12 days ago. My area of town got hammered, I live around 5400ft. This picture was taken on Saturday morning, and we got another 12" or more by...

Bronco rear ended by a cement truck

Wow. Looks like I need to buy a F450 or an Explorer. Impressed how well the Explorer held up.

What is this near my driver kick panel?

Not sure about what would happen if you removed it, but the metal all around it looks good. I would try and save it if it doesn't cause too much more work for you. A 1 year only feature is worth trying to save.

Recovery that didnt go as planned, lessons to be learned.....

Crappy soft shackle from Amazon attached to the jeep side. Also had it on possible sharp edges instead of through D ring.

    66 U13 I sold a while back

Thanks for posting those. My current plan for painting will be similar. Outside will be green, but inside, dash, top, grill and possibly engine compartment will be Wimbledon White. Your pictures help me a lot with visualization. And tell the new owner that garage is WAY too clean, lol.

What have you done to your Bronco today?

I decided to finally fix an issue that has been bugging me for a long time. Passenger floor pan body mount hole is 1/2" off center. The bolt wouldn't fit through easily and made the mount bushing bind up. I drilled up from the bottom so the hole would be centered as much as possible. Bolt...

What have you done to your Bronco today?

I forgot to thank you for those pictures as well. Since I am not pulling the body off, it was nice to clearly see all the places I am cleaning on the frame. Instead of 100 pictures that I took of each little area, I can just look at yours and see where everything goes!

What have you done to your Bronco today?

Took advantage of a small break in the rain/snow we have been getting to finish the frame painting. After cleaning with wire wheels using drills, angle grinder, air die grinder, ect, I coated the frame with 2 coats of Rust Bullet, and then 2 coats of KBS Blacktop Satin Black ChassisCoater. I...

    Alignment...haha

This is a great idea. I am going to do a similar method using a large nut with a hole drilled through it. My new Dana 44 track bar mount bolt doesn't have a hole for the cotter pin, and if I noticed before I installed it, I could have done this much easier. Hopefully the nut thickness will...

Options for new Dana 44 front?

Give them a call, they were very helpful with all my questions. I was able to customize it more than the drop down menus on the webpage allowed.

Options for new Dana 44 front?

Tom's doesn't get them from Currie anymore. When I purchased mine, that was one of my questions. I am unsure of who the new supplier is, and it will be a while before I can test it out. It is sitting under the bronco, but I need to get the engine/trans combo built and installed before I can...
