    When I test fit the lower right quarter panel the lip that should be welded to the tail light post has a very large gap. It seem like I won't be able to weld them together because they are not touching. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Robert

    Hi I just tried to test fit my rear lower quarter on the right hand side and it looks like the panel at the bottom does not matchup. I may be able to push it so it matches up with the tail light and door pillar but it looks like I would bow or warp the whole panel. Is this something everyone...

    Thanks for the input, much appreciated. I replaced the front fender and have the door off so I do not know what the gap is yet. Will keep you posted after I get it on and will take a picture of the door gap. Thanks Robert

    Thanks, I took the front fender off and it gave me a tiny bit of room. I will need to grind a bit off the rocker but thanks for the idea.
