Stoopid Question - Fresh Air Vent Box Removal

I have to work outdoors lately on my Bronco (weather not so great right now), so before I dig into what appears to be a simple straight forward task...

The drivers side air vent assembly appears to be attached with eight screws on the top inside lip.

Question: Are there any other screws down below that hold this in place or do I just remove those eight screws on top and just lift it out?

Note: I will be replacing it with one of those tool box tubs that drop into that hole.

Just take out those eight screws around the lip and it should lift out. It may have some sealer gluing it in…
