So long to my best friend. Donnie was the greatest guy I've ever met. We had the pleasure of sharing 11 days in rental houses in September 2021, 5 couples just having a great time. We had already made plans for next year, I can't imagine going without Donnie and Tracy. Prayers for his family as they lay him to rest.

Couldn't agree more with all of the kind and respectful words shared here.

Donnie made his mark on my life and was more than just a great friend. He was an example of how to be a steward to those that he loved and appreciated. His passion for his family and life were second to none. I feel privileged to have been his friend. He will forever be missed.

A group of us got together and set up a trip to spend the weekend remembering Donnie. Visiting places he loved and spending time with his family. Been a great time, made some great memories and strengthened some great friendships.

Thanks for posting up a few pictures. We had tentatively planned on doing this at the Jocassee, but reality kicked in and there was no way to get away. The weather looked to be great and we were actually in attendance in spirit for sure! Post up more pics if you have them... Come on Stout... I know you have some!

Not from this past week but from his first official trail day on his first trip to Moab. He saw “Burnt Toast” and had to climb on top😊

I probably should have said this in my previous post. It was an honor return with the "Ol Huntin' Truck" and drive it around some of the places that he spent a lot of time riding around with his hunting buddy and boys. I purchased the green Jeep truck from his life long hunting buddy and best friend. There were 2 Jeeps on the trip, mine and his brothers CJ5.

There were 23 of us that got together to experience some of Donny's favorite spots and to remember an amazing person. That's Donny's yellow halfcab with the other yellow Broncos.
