It has new steering to include; 7 degrees c bushings, new Ford parts disc brake kit, new adjustable track bar, rebuilt steering box with 4 turn ratio changed from 6, new ball joints all around.

i guess my first question is: how does it drive? based on those #'s i'd suspect it doesn't handle very well at 35+mph. Looks like you need a bit more caster and less camber. Toe can easily be adjusted.

Shoot for these #s
Toe: 0.25-0.5 degrees total positive
Camber: 0.1-0.3 degrees positive per side
Caster: 3-5 degrees positive

you're kinda in the same boat as me. maybe drop brackets are in your future, but you might eventually need the "cut and turn" to correct the caster.

Look at my recent write-up on caster, Ditch the 7 degree "C" bushings, those are making the pinion angle worse. and yes, you must "cut" the rotate the steering knuckles back...
And Yes, you need a drop pitman arm and the Drop bracket for the trac bar.....

Hi, with 7* bushings I don't know why there is so little castor. Why didn't they adjust the toe when it was on the lift? Good luck

I was thinking the same thing, I never seen castor that low with the 7-degree bushings.
Any way to verify they were installed correctly?

If the 7* bushings were in fact correctly installed, cutting and turning the C's is going to be required for drivability.

Is it a bronco axle or is it out of something else?

The axle is original as far I can tell, I am centering the steering wheel to have the toe dialed in. The steering wheel became offset when changing the 6 turn ratio to 4.

Here are pictures of the C bushings. On the front, the thick part of the c bushings are on the bottom and on the rear, the thick sides are on the top.

That is correctly installed. And as shimmy mentioned, it’s really not that uncommon for bronco axles to have less caster than specified originally. In fact most of them do.
I’m one of the lucky ones. Mine has 3 1/2 inches of lift and 7° bushings and has 2° of caster.

Ok, I just realized that I sent my 6 turn steering box to have it rebuilder and turn into a 4 turn AFTER I had the alignment done. That must be the reason why my tie is out of specs.

Hi, changing the steering box should not affect the toe setting. Maybe just the way the steering wheel is. The numbers you posted show a lot of toe out on the left, but a lot of toe in on the right. It might equal out. Maybe this is because the steering box was not centered. The toe numbers seem to say the tires are pointing slightly left. You can try and measure the toe in the driveway.
The guy who sets the toe should know to center the steering box, not the steering wheel. Good luck

Yes, don’t remove the steering wheel until you determine that it doesn’t match the box.

Even though a rebuilder should in theory ship the box settered, it’s really up to the installer to verify that the box is centered after it is mounted to the frame, but before anything is attached.
Once the box is attached to the frame and verify the center, then you attach the steering wheel and shaft to the box.
From then on you can use the steering wheel to visually confirm the box is centered.

On that note how do I remove the centry-style horn button?

Whatever you do, don’t pry it up!😉😁
If I remember correctly, the early style with the round button you push and twist it. So obviously you need to disconnect the battery or the horn will honk while you’re trying to remove it.
