No need to be concerned until all the weight is on the springs. Also new spring will be a little high but they tend to settle lower as they get exercised. Your project looks amazing, nice job.

Everything looks good under the body. Didn’t scratch the raptor liner putting the body back on.

Couldn't stand the heat any longer. Installed a 1 ton 21.5 seer mini-split in the garage. Comfortable cool now! Now I can work in the garage for hours on end now, before maybe an hour or two.

I have been looking into this and slowly preparing my garage for it. I installed insulation on the doors and insulation in the attic above the garage.

My problem is locating the outdoor unit. I don't have a good place that is out of site. One side faces the street and the other near our patio area.

My outdoor unit is tucked away behind the garage and along the back side of the house out of site from the street view. This picture is before we finished up the wiring and insulation.

Makes it so much more comfortable. I have a 1 ton head in the garage, keeps it 75 year around as long as we're not pulling hot cars in and out when its 100 outside, like today. once they go out in the morning they stay out until I'm done for the day. Makes it nice to be able to run out 20 minutes before dinner to ponder or do something and not feel like you have to take a shower when you come back in.

We heat/cool our house with a single 4 ton unit with 4 1 ton heads. very efficient, quiet and comfortable.

I haven’t had to change shirts or take a shower in the middle of the day since I installed the unit. Should of done this year’s ago.

Well back on the ole bronco. Getting closer for epoxy primer after I get all of the little dings out the metal then a skim coat of filler. The two original doors took the longest. Door dings, wavy panels, bullet holes (yes bullet holes) two of them. Had to weld in new metal to replace the holes left from speaker cut outs. Hopefully won't be long before priming starts.

A while back I closed up the large radio hole on the dash. I drilled out the holes for the stock radio. Fits perfect! Started the sanding of the front grill. Some minor imperfections but should be solid to use.

Today was a good day. 2 Coats of epoxy primer on the following pictures. Still have the 2 doors, tail gate and hood. Need to construct something better for final paint. Its to cluttered to do everything in the double car garage. It's ok for the priming stage but, not final stage.
