Has anyone used this, and have any feedback? It seems like it's relatively new to the market, and no one else is selling an equivalent. I could be wrong, but that's what it seems like.

I've decided to go EFI, and I have functional dual tanks, so I'm weighing:
  1. Edelbrock Fuel sump- easy, not too expensive. I daily drive and I worry about longevity, so if I buy a replacement in a year or 2, I've now spent $850 when I could have gone to a single, larger tank w/ a standard pump
  2. Convert both sending units into EFI pumps using a Walbro 255 and other parts (that'll cost me a couple hundred bucks for each sending unit), and it's still a bit of an experiment w/ a bunch of work.
  3. Go with a single aftermarket EFI tank.
I like the Poly tank at Jeff's as opposed to the other options because:
  1. Not cheap, but a little cheaper than the other options.
  2. I have no body lift
  3. I like that it doesn't hang as low, and I can live w/o the extra 3 gallons.
  4. I'm not rockcrawling, but I do offroad. I have no experience with poly tanks, but is a 1/4" thick poly tank fairly resilient, especially considering a stock tank is what, 16ga.?
Before I invest close to $800-$1700, I figured I get some input.

I think it's a slick idea. If it's well made that is.
I think you're correct that it's relatively new to the market. Seems like someone brought it up awhile back, but I can't remember how long. Don't seem to remember reading about anyone installing one yet, but I'd be interested to hear their thoughts about it for sure.

Good luck on the decision. Lots of choices!

Go with the in-tank pump in the main tank. It will be quieter and you'll be happier in the long run.

I'd set up the aux tank with a P4070 pump to move the fuel out of it and into the main tank. then set up the main tank to have a low over-flow hose going back to the aux tank. That way if you forget to turn off the transfer pump all that happens is the fuel circulates between the tanks and you don't end up with fuel spilling out of the main's filler cap. That would be bad.

Here ya go. Sorry for the bad audio. Also, this video was in the very early stages. I believe they now come with mounting rings installed and such.
