    Jeepers Jamboree

So, there was a fellow bronco guy that I met at the Rubicon Springs Saturday night. Super cool guy. Cant remember his name. Also ran into him briefly at the end of the trail (tahoe side staging area). He came over to chat and I was distracted and a bit stressed over couple things - If you're...

    Jeepers Jamboree

Since they have mechanics on the trail help repair stuff for participants...that makes sense. If I recall correctly they still had to pre-approve my bronco. They were super cool about it. Not sure they would have cared otherwise but having a fair amount of experience and a rig w one tons...

    Jeepers Jamboree

Thx for chiming in Paul. Good call on the picture location. That's exactly where it is. I was super skeptical about the event beforehand but was pleasantly surprised at how much fun it was. Yeah we'd go again but probably not for couple years. I think we're going to run Fordyce again next...

    Jeepers Jamboree

The trip was a success. All the volunteers at the Jamboree were phenomenal. They put on a top notch event. Everyone was super cool about having a bronco at a Jeep event! We saw two other early broncos and three new broncos and met some really cool folks in jeeps that have broncos but...

    Jeepers Jamboree

I got talked into running the Jeepers Jamboree w some friends. Told my wife we could go if she drove. She never drives. Well, she said she'd drive so we are going. Assuming my re-rebuild on my transmission is done in time. Any other bronco folks on here going to be there?

Toms Rock N Roll event / place to park

If anyone coming from out of the area for the event needs a safe place to park a tow rig and/or trailer shoot me a private message. I have some property just outside town that is safe.

OR power steering box 74 factory and 4x4x2 ported

Update. I no longer have the factory 4 turn box but I will be getting rid of the 4x4x2 ported box. I have some extra parts with it including a good spare sector shaft. It does have slop in it so needs rebuild. Make an offer. The porting worked great.

OR power steering box 74 factory and 4x4x2 ported

Thinking about selling one or both power steering boxes. The 4x4x2 box was rebuilt a while ago before I bought the bronco. I ported it and have been using it for a while with great results. Box now has a bit of slop in it and likely in need of rebuild. The factory box I believe is out of...

    Toms power steering box

Looks like Toms has it on their site now: https://tomsoffroad.com/parts/early-bronco-psc-ram-assist-steering-gear My 4x4x2 box is in need of rebuild and this is very tempting.

One tons, 4 link and 3 link

Thank you. I redrilled the unit bearings and rotors to 8x6.5. Used a simple drill guide and drill press for the holes and shop press to install the studs. When drilling, I mounted the rotors on the hub/unit bearings, slipped the drill guide on, then tightened guide and rotor to hub w couple...

the dodge 1 5/16 bore master cylinder and dodge hydroboost - with super duty front brakes and rear eldorado calipers on 14 bolt work phenomenally well. Great pedal feel. Excellent stopping power. I did install a rear proportioning valve to get bias dialed in. Have yet to get on the roads at...
