    Building Cart for Tub

I built one similar to what Crawdad has drawn up. A few things I would do different are as follows: Use larger casters and bolt them in place. I used 3" casters and used wood screws and when turning one ripped out from under the cart. I had to jack it back up and re-screw it in place. Go with...

What should I be using Loctite products on?

    Recommended tool for restore?

Consumables in bulk! Wire wheels, cutoff wheels, flap discs, spot weld cutters, PB Blaster, roloc discs, etc... You will never have enough. I haven't had to buy much in the way of specialty tools, it's an old basic truck. I primarily use my grandfathers toolbox filled with 50 year old tools...

I might be the slowest DIY EB owner ever...

Having to stop, research, buy another tool, get more grinding/cutting wheels, drink beer, figure out how...

How much rust is to much to fix?

Hahahah....yea, that's why I just made the executive decision to go with a glass tub. Now I really wish I would have just started from scratch. The only things I will be keeping are frame and axles...%)

How much rust is to much to fix?

I'm dealing with this same dilemma...I have already had mine for 2 years and just have a few panels mocked up because I don't know how to weld yet. Do I bite the bullet and go glass and be back on the road in a quarter of the time or go through the learning curve and keep my bronco factory...

    floor pans

A good 5 in 1 paint knife works just as well as a chisel and tends to not deform the brace as much. This is of course if you dont have an air chisel which is preferred!
