    body lift removal

I removed the 3" body lift (going back to stock body mounts), but I'm not sure what to do with my steering column. The inner shaft pushed into the cab a couple of inches. In searching the site I found several posts where people mention loosening some steering column bolts before installing a...

What are used super swampers worth?

I thought it was great. I tried to come back with something equally funny. There must be something in my keyboard that filters the funny out. At the very least the sarcasm gets lost as soon as I start to type.

What are used super swampers worth?

That's great, but how will I ever repay you for this great favor. Would $100 be enough? Just send me your checking account number and bank routing number. I'll have the money in your account by the end of the day :)

What are used super swampers worth?

I have a set of 5 super swampers TSL 36x12.50-15LT. A friend would like to buy them, but I have no idea what they are worth. I measured 9/16" of tread left in the middle of the tire. Not sure how much tread they have when new. Any ideas? Thanks.

Ford Bronco II, is it a good or bad machine

I owned an '86 BII for about 6 years. Buy a BII for under $2000 and drive it like hell until it dies. Tape the title to the window and walk away. I had 4 great years in mine. No serious off-roading, but it took me far enough off road to have fun and find the elk. Then the engine died and it...

    HELP...Will a 16X10 with 4.5" backspacing work??

I've been thinking about this as well, but maybe even a 17" wheel with a 32" or 33" tire. Anyone have pictures of 17" wheel 32" tire 3 1/2" lift? fire bronc, I'd love to see pics of your 35" tires too.

    New Bronco Owner

Thanks, I feel lucky to have found a '77. Anything newer than '72 has to pass DEQ here in portland, so I was mainly looking for something older. I just couldn't pass it up. It already has catalytic converters so I'm hoping it passes. I thought about running it through DEQ first, but the tags are...

    New Bronco Owner

Thanks guys. I didn't put enough thought into the name of the thread. I suppose it's mis-leading. I actually bought a '69 bronco 10 years ago. Sold it after two weeks and felt damn lucky to only lose $300! I was in way over my head. I also had an '86 bronco II for 5 or 6 years in there (the...

    New Bronco Owner

I just picked up a '77 Bronco. I've been looking on and off for almost a year. I joined the forums back then, but this is my first post. I can't sleep for thinking about all the mods I want to make. First, it needs some help. Steering has problems, engine/carb needs some tuning. 1977 302 auto...
