Sorry for not responding on here, I didn't have this thread set up to give me updates. I have been real busy this past month. I wasn't prepared for the amount of orders I got. I didn't think I was going to sell that many bumpers and got overwhelmed. Poor planning on my part. Sorry for any delays...

The hinge does not have bearings. It is the 1.5" cold rolled and then a piece of 2"x 1/4 wall dom that goes over it. It has a grease zerk to keep it operating properly.

I can drill the spare tire mount for whatever pattern you are running.

If you have a body lift we charge $20 extra for different mounts to raise the bumper up 2". Both the swing outs can be removed. The pivot that we make is fine to be powder coated. Tyler

Here is a picture of my front winch bumper mount. The rear mounts the same way. It is 2x4x3/16 tubing that runs inside the frame rail. You can use the factory bumper mounts and then I recommend drilling through the side of the frame and adding more bolts.

Yes, both carriers could be removed if you wanted to run just the bumper. You could also just run the tire carrier and not the jerry can /trail rack.

If any one is interested in the rear tire carrier without the jerry can/ trail rack, I will take $20 off that bumper as well. Both tire carriers are designed to hold up to a 38" tire. Let me know if you have any other questions. Tyler
