I pulled the plugs yesterday, they did look like coal - I cleaned them reinserted them and ran it again for 15 min. The were well on there way back to "coal like".

Thanks Hot Wheels, NO...I am not getting a good connection to the other side of the fuse. The two "holders" on that side of the fuse don't look rusty. Any "safe way to bypass the fuse for a test, or do I run the risk of total melt down?
