What have you done to your Bronco today?

Installed rear seats from a 94 Pontiac Transport minivan... fold, tumble & remove mini buckets. Anyone tried em? They seem like they will work great for options like 2 rear passengers, 1 rear passenger and the dog / large cooler, full cargo area etc... never heard much chatter about that...

    Hydroboost Convert

I had to modify my pushrod and add some all thread to it as an extension. Not hard to do though

Which 5sp? would you go with

My NV3550 was an easy modification; a well made adapter from AA, slight body lift and minor tunnel changes. Drives like a dream. Next to Hydroboost, the best thing I have done to my ride. Takes me to Moab at 75 mph (33"s and 4.11) at 12mpg and is geared nicely for the trail.

    Northern Colorado: Gear Shop?

I am in need of a gear tech to set up my 9" third member... Finally bought a Detroit and I have come to grips with not doing this job myself. Can anyone out there recommend a good shop? I am in the Loveland / Ft. Collins area.

    Colorado M&G UPDATE

Anyone in Northern Colorado can get involved with the Bronco Registry of Northern Colorado (BRONCO) monthly at Johnson's Corner. Unfortunately I can't justify a M&G in the Springs at $3.30 / gallon- have fun though!

    Broncos in Moab - Pics

Thanks for putting those up- the trip has motivated me to make some improvements. That heim on my tire rack is proving to be quite the PITA. I am thinking that I will have to cut it out and weld in new tube inserts.

    Broncos in Moab - Pics

I am down for whatever as far as more wheeling this summer goes. I have not been able to get my video to transfer to the confuser, but I sent pics on CD with David tonight for Chris at the meeting. Paul and Brad- email me a physical address and I can get a CD in the mail to you.

I cannot make it to the meeting monday (you guessed it: work) but I will have CDs with my pics on them ready by then. Maybe I can have David or Linda pick them up here at the fire house. Chris- are those all of your pics? If not, can you get your pics on a disc for trade?

    Broncos in Moab

Can't wait to see it. This trip has re-motivated me to put some more effort into the Bronco. I am starting to ponder things like a parking brake, front bumper, traction devices etc... I am curious about your new rear bumper. I would bet I had nearly 60 hours into mine, probably because of...

    351w headers

I used Heddmans from Tom's, with some soft aluminum seals I got at a local speed shop. I have had great luck with them, however next time I will use the locking hardware, I believe it is called "stage 8" or something like that. I had a leak I found earlier this week, but I began by checking...

Wow- it won't even recognize your ride. It sounds like you will have a fun time playing with all those new goodies. Pics would be great- oh wait- I guess I will also see you in 4 days on the way to Moab! I just finished changing the oil, rotating the tires and doing yet another bumper to...

Yeah, the woman said that she will sit this one out. I made reservations for a cabin when I was unsure if I was going single, so I gots a cabin all to my lonesome. 1100 at Denver west truck stop. Sounds good to me. I am working 3 days straight (60 hrs), I am about 12 hrs into it. I need a...

    Broncos in Moab

Look who you are telling that to- I can never decide between a traction device and a winch. I figure, if I get one, I will need to other soon enough. So here I sit. So confirm the plans for Thursday again- we are meeting at 11:00? It sounds like it will just be me after all, so I am flexible.
