    Check your modulator valve. Is your vacum line hooked up? This is the first place I would start.

    How to bleed power steering

    Jack up the front until both tires are off the ground and turn the wheels back and forth lock to lock. Do it with the motor running.

    Fixed Got it fixed. The problem was the engine backing plate. The hole for the starter was very tight. I enlarged the hole about 1/6 and the noise is gone. Thanks for all your help guys!!!!!

    Ok I tried the shim and that did not work. The starter would not engage the flywheel. Any ideas out there????
