This post is so true. My project took twice as long and cost twicw as much as I thought it would. Very happy with the result though.

Use nutserts. I got my nutsert kit from harbor freight. I works great and it was not too expensive.

I got my aluminum radiator from Toms. I run a 17 in flex fan with a shroud and a stock water pump. I have A/C and a 185 degree stat and it does just fine sitting in traffic on 100 degree days. Very pleased.

I got mine from Hot Rod Air. I had to take the hood latch out and use hood pins due to the lack of room. I actually got the entire kit from them. I got the largest unit they make and I an using a serpentine drive set up off a 1996 bronco with that A/C compressor. Good luck

They have a 4.5 inch back spacing. Will that work?
