After breaking a loaner from Advance Auto, I just took my steering box by a local auto shop and had Them pull it. Think I gave them a six pack In exchange.

I think I had to install a longer clutch rod under the pedal when I did the body lift…I upgraded to power steering when I added the body lift so can’t say what your impact will be but it might require some adjustment work or a new ujoint to help resolve the new length/angle.
