    Nvrstuk’s 6R80 to sbf write up states that the the bell-housing needs to be cut for the sbf starter to fit ……maybe I’m super confused 🧐

    How about cutting out the bell housing for the starter, how big is that hole around the starter, big enough for critters ?

    Too Late Paul!! It's in pieces! 😁 I eventually was able to get it down and moved out to the Central Valley . Unfortunately, there was a flood where it was being stored which resulted in a lot of water damage, lots of rust (POR-15 kinda works) . Shortly I will be starting a detailed build...
