I will second this. Especially if you have acess to a welder. I have seen many frames that "look" pretty good but after removing shock mounts and spring perches to inspect. I have had to have the metal behind them replaced.

Just the front axle remains..... I will let it go for $500. It is a high pinion axle. Also you could take all the outer parts and convert your Drum brake Dana 44 to disc Brakes.
