I have a Lee’s Power Steering reservoir. It was custom made to go with the Explorer pump and hydro-boost. For those interest in why these aren’t just a tank. Here’s their description on why their reservoir is better.

“Lee reservoirs are much more than a tank for holding fluid. Our power steering reservoir uses Tom Lee’s unique anti-swirl and baffle design to keep the fluid perfectly still. This results in zero cavitation and reduces air in the oil which keeps operating temperatures lower. It utilizes a no-leak pressurized cap that keeps dirt out and oil in while decreasing the chance of fire hazard by keeping P/S fluid away from the exhaust manifold and headers.”

Do you have a pic of yours? It sounds a lot like the one Tom did for me back in '05. Still working well - it took him awhile to get it just right so there was no motion in the fluid.

I mounted mine on the inner fender.

This is one Jamie did for hydro-boost applications

Hey Mark, I have a Lee reservoir on the race Bronco. It will leak. When a line comes loose it will drain on the header and catch fire. Ask Randy how we know that.....
Following that experience I just bought one of Jaime's reservoirs. I really like the screw on cap. The workmanship is amazing, it's a stout piece. I'll let you know by the end of April how it works! Mark

This is a custom reservoir made to fit the stock Explorer bracket while running hydro boost. Since I’m now running a PSC Saginaw pump, I relocated the reservoir up near the hydro boost.

Sorry it took a little bit, I had to reorder a few hose connections. But I highly recommend Jaime excellent quality and super easy to work with.

I just ordered a Remote Reservoir from JAC. Jaime was very easy to work with, great communication, and provided options for size of tank, mount location and inlet/outlet type and location. He can pretty much build you what you want.

I went with a Low mount, dual return with AN fittings.

I have no idea why the pictures are sideways. sorry.
