Glass

I've called all my local glass shops with no success. Anyone know where one can buy glass so that its cut where I dont have to use gaskets?

This line is useless and only takes up space....................

Which glass front, back or sides The glass is flat so you can measure it, and a glass shop be able to cut it out.
I’m assuming that you want it a little bigger than stock glass so you can use a modern adhesive and glue it in. The only thing I would think about is there is a lot of flex in the bronco and if it was glued in, it might crack the glass just do to the flexing.
I’m surprised they just can’t cut a piece of glass for you, but all the shops like that are going away

I've called every shop around me and no custom laminated glass. I'm looking for windshield and sides on the hard top.

This line is useless and only takes up space....................

You have to measure to get it right. I used 1/4 inch laminate. Don't
call the auto glass places, you need the regular glass shops that do
window and glass for homes/commercial. Best way is to take them a
template, you will also want to round all edges.

Don't know of anyplace that offers flush mount glass kits. Expand your search. I have had a few windows cut at regular glass shops, not auto glass. Those are typically very different businesses.

I had a local glass shop build me a flush mounted windshield. I took them the windshield frame and they cut the glass and installed it

You just need to find a shop that can cut a custom piece of laminated glass and glue it in. Much easier if you can take the windshield frame off and to the shop with you as a lot of them have no idea how easy the job is. Could also be an issue with location. We have tons of glass shops here
