I know we have the what have you done to your Bronco thread but I'm trying to get ideas of little stuff I can do while I'm stuck at the house with a reduced workload. Let's see what everyone is working on! I'll start:

So far I've redone my headlight harness since the LMC relays stopped working correctly and have started to clean up all of my wiring. And replaced the H4 sealed beams with LED JW Speaker style lights.

I also am going to start working on my radiator mounts, I relocated them to make more room for my Volvo 740 fan.

I've been working on getting everything on my motor complete so I can put the front clip back on to start "test driving the new drivetrain setup before paint. Built the brackets for alternator and A/C compressor the past couple days and bent up some aluminum tubing for heater lines and A/C lines.

It’s one I designed and built. Not super impressed with the aftermarket setups so I just made my own. The box is all aluminum and has an evaporator and heater core in it. It has defrost floor and dash vents and it’s all controlled with the factory cables that I modified slightly. I just had to add the snowflake button on the dash to engage the clutch on the compressor. In theory all the numbers look great and it should work out but still haven’t tested the AC as I just got the compressor mounted today. Have a couple lines to finish welding fittings on and then I’ll be ready to test it out it. Best thing is I made a cover that bolts over the hole I cut out in the cowl and I made a sweet little fresh air vent that opens when you pull the defrost pull cable on the dash. It draws fresh air in from behind a baffle inside of the passenger fender.

I miss work too. I really enjoy my job. I don’t like the lack of things that I need to get done. Feels like we are just in limbo waiting around for something to happen.

Same here Dave. Both of my jobs fall into the critical needs for the nation. So even if the stay at home restriction is enforced. I will be given a pass to commute to work and home.

Even if I was forced to stay home. The honey do list is pretty extensive.%)

This isn't Bronco related, cuz the Bronco is almost done. So my wife had me put all new knobs and drawer pulls on all the kitchen cabinets. It's a way to spend some time and it makes her happy.

Thats awesome, nice having more than 3 gears! I did a ZF swap a few years ago and absolutely love it. I'm sure you'll dig that NP!

I am zig zagging on mine. I get part way into one area and it requires parts that I don't want to spend on right now or shipping which is a hassle.
Still getting things done but not the order I want. Stopped in the middle of the axle builds due to waiting on a buddy that is helping me build the rear diff and got the wrong parts for my heim steer. So, I decided to drop the engine and trans in. Got a new flywheel and clutch in, mated it up and set it in. Yesterday started on the serp conversion and dropped the pan to put a new gasket in after the timing cover switch. Slow going but keeps my mind off the chaos.

That does suck, I'll be honest though I kind of miss work. I have been getting pretty stir crazy and thats why the Bronco is getting some love.

Well at least you're saving some gas money lol. Best of luck in the merger

This is the first time in my life, a tank of gas has lasted two weeks! Work has us staying since the 16th of March to reduce risk to the work force.

I purchased this frame last summer from throttle down customs, and I have painted/prepped it in late feb 2020. Well the timing was right, and I pulled the trigger and moved forward with the frame swap.

It's extremely hard to not get sucked in and fall victim to project creep. I did have to purchase a C4/D20 adapter due to mine being cracked. That hurt the bank account.

Im currently waiting on the adapter seals, and adapter, and it should be ready to slide under Merlot, and "fingers crossed"; drivable this week!
