Man, I wish my '76 looked that good when I started my everlasting rebuild. Everytime I look at a part more rust falls off of it.

Haha. After we had the body taken off the frame there is alot more rust then what we thought. best of luck with your build also.......

**Small Update** I was able to get all of the bolts that I will be re using and also the trans skid plate sandblasted and painted. This weekend Im hoping to get the driveshafts cleaned up and in paint and get started on cleaning the rears.. Pics to come...
Thanks, Dan

With the dash we decided to move the light switch, wipers, ignition, flashers and flasher light. They will be moved underneath of the heater controls in a 2 on top of 2 setup with the emergency flashers light in the center of the 4 relocated switches. We welded the original speedo and ignition and switches shut and will re-drill new holes for the new gauges. Heres just a few of the pics of the dash and some pics of the doors and tailgate that we have completed the body work on. Enjoy

This is our progress from this weekend. We have most the suspension on and installed still need to finish the front coils and shocks and little things. We spen alot of time today cutting off the old front and rear shock mounts and the old radius arm brackets and repainting them. We found a hole one each side of the frame when we removed the rear shock mounts and we will be welding plates on them tomorrow to solve that problem. The body is almost done new floors are in and the new gas door installed and it will be getting line-x here soon. Things are coming along great and i hope to have the frame done by next weekend. We had to drill and bolt on the new dual rear shock mounts and the radius arm brackets. Im verry happy with how things are coming along and I will continue to keep yall updated with pictures as it continues. hopefully it will be a rolling chasis tomorrow afternoon ;D

Great pictures. I am slowly working on a 76 myself. I am concentrating on the body work first as the only thing holding it together was the rust. Once the body is done the frame and suspension are next.

Good luck on the rest of the project and keep the pictures coming.

Whats the story on the Mustang? Looks like a 67 Shelby but I would hope a real one would have half the junk stored on it like mine ;)
