Scored a set of 68 Mustang seats for $50 at the salvage yard. Also scored a Roller Cam 302 for $150. The seats need new foam and uphostery but just finding the frames for $50 save me $650 over buying new frames. Plans for the 302 are to build it pretty basically. B303 Cam, Performer intake, FiTech EFI. I have pretty much everything to run a Mustang mass air flow EFI but the 30yr old ecu going bad is scaring me out of going that route.

Yep. And when you do find em, they are going for $500. Going to tear them completely down and make a small evaporust tank to soak em in. One folding lock works fine. The other is frozen up, so that one is going to need a bit of work. Still grinning from ear to ear I found them.

Yeah to still be able to find '68 Mustang anything in a junk/salvage yard is good day.

Original style seats wouldn't be an issue if some dumbass, cough cough...me, wouldn't have gotten rid of the original seats back in 1988 or so when I built it up the first time. What a dumbass I was for doing that. Head > desk

Like I said, they need new foam and upholstery. But for $50 bucks, I am NOT complaining.

Pretty sure that 65-68 should fit. The seats in my pics are from a 68 Coupe.

These are from a 67:

The only thing is they would not match my black rear seat.

But the price seems good at $250 but I’d have to unload the rear seat that comes with the deal

Just recover them to match the back.
