I hate writing this especially since I’ve been chasing this for such a LONG time, but after much consideration, I can’t keep it. I just picked up a Land Cruiser and this one has to go. This is one of the more original ones I’ve come across and MAN is it a perfect candidate for a drivetrain swap. Just leave the paint alone! The owner of the vehicle for the past 50yrs was a geologist that worked for Homestake Mining Company out of Carlin, NV. In '67, the company bought a fleet of Broncos and this particular one was his daily work truck for the next two years until he convinced his boss to sell it to him in '69. It disappeared for years and then popped up last year in a barn. Unfortunately I don’t have the original block but everything else is there. If you’re interested, let’s chat. Give me a call/text directly at (775) 7four2-3sixsix9. Title in hand $14kobo

Here are a few pics.

More pics in the morning. Loading off my phone kept flipping the images.

Here are all the areas many of you have been texting about but also for the rest to see. Apparently they won't load upright. The original underbody protection is still intact (peeling off) but has done a great job keeping the original paint/metal looking great.

I keep looking at this every time I sign on, can't believe it is still unsold. Wondering how I could get this home without the Wife giving me "that Look."

I'm kind of shocked it's still up here too! I thought it would be a quick, sell it and forget it transaction, but the longer it sits the more I want to keep it. I'll be listing my fj60 as well, so if that sells this stays. If this sells, the LC will remain. I've run all the numbers of how I would like to build it and in the end, I can't justify keeping this one without selling one of my others...and those are hard to part with. Maybe my DD needs to go so I can keep and build this one%). Just need to convince the Mrs that a classic is better than modern safety features when traveling with little ones.

Out of curiosity, I had to run a Marti. That’ll be included in the sale as well.

Do you have the other two 16" rims? I noticed they are only on the back in your pics.

I had a chance to pull it out of the garage and wipe things down a bit. I noticed two spots on the lower tailgate that will need attention (if desired) but all in all, the paint and body gaps/doors/etc all look great!

Apologies again on the sideways pics. My laptop isn’t transfer photos so I’m stuck with my iPhone
