have you converted to automatic ? because the car originally was stick shift. Do you have any history or back ground for this car ? Please let me know. Thank you

It was converted to an automatic. The transmission transfer case and auto steering column came out of another 76 bronco. I will upload the marti report on it shortly. I also ordered the stripe kit for it.

Marti report

I notice on the Marti that yours is one of the few medium copper Explorers that came with tan stripes; It seems that the vast majority of the Copper ones had white stripes. Good looking Explorer and I like the tan striped ones!

I was hoping you’d see that! They are showing up suddenly!

Yes. Several Copper Explorers have surfaced in the past several months, but this is the first one I've seen with the tan stripes.

Yes. I had guessed that you ordered some because I talked to Drew the day you ordered them. The '76 Explorer stripes were patterned off the original stripes on my Explorer and Drew has sold a good many of the white versions, but he said this is the first tan set he's made.

Yeah I hope they get here soon. I ordered a set of special decor stripes from him also for my 77. Then the fun begins on putting them on
