It appears to be a complete Budd body bronco. It is 1181 vin after mine and I see they still had the 4 rod hoods at that time. Looks to have a eyebrow grill also, This would make someone a great project for a keeper, or add to a collection. GLWS

Can You post a close up picture of the shift pattern sticker on the dash? Curious to know if it had the 2 wheel low printed on it.

And no one mentions how early this one is with just a single vent on the cowl? Me love the early ones long time

That's because of the heater delete as well as the missing cowl bracket :)

well heck, I'm confused then. Here are a few pix of my last 66 Roadster with the factory heater.
Yep, the prior owner reduced the length of the transfer case shifter

Yeah I'm not sure Elan on yours. Looks like it's missing the black box, firewall bracket, hoses but it's got the knobs for heat. Did it have holes in the firewall for hoses and the fan? The u13 above is missing all those items I mentioned above, even the knobs.

I'm guessing a PO removed the plastic air vent. If it came from the factory heater delete, there will be a round blank off plate screwed (3 screws) to the kick panel where the ducting would attach to the heater box via the accordion duct. That plate would be painted body color because it would be installed during tub assembly before dash installation.
