Well Brian, the engine is lookin really good! Hopefully it will be back on the road soon. Dash looks great as well. Curious what you did to the fan clutch to clean it up so nice. CLR???

She is gonna be a beauty! You will have to rename her as I do not think she will fit the current name I gave her when you are done, a totally different personality! ;)

Interesting trac bar riser bracket, did you make that one?
Yes Tim, I do make those. somewhere way back in this build are the pictures when I was designing it.
might want to check the angle on the track bar too ;D
I thought it gets connected to the tierod??.... Or maybe I'm adding a drop steering box bracket. did you ever think of that?;D:p

test fitting the serpentine set up before I clean up and paint some of the components. replaced the bulky dirty stock explorer power steering pump set up with the bracket and heavy duty pump kit from WH. fits pretty good and is much cleaner with more space all around.

Thanks Ken, it's starting to just fall together now...
Reassembled the pedal box, here's a before and after pic. then installed along with the E brake pedal and started hanging the dash.

well, since my feet will be pretty busy maybe I'll go with just a hand throttle!;D


a little more progress.... disassembled a steering column to clean up and rebuild. have a little fixin to do on the shaft where it wore into the bearing.
