Private messaging

Hi everyone, I’m trying to respond to a classified ad for a hard top I would like to buy and I am having trouble. When I try to respond to the post I get a message saying I do not have permission. I get the same message when trying to access my private messaging.

Does anyone know why this is? I’ve posted on the forum once and am able to post this message.

Also, I’m trying to message a member named wardhog. If anyone has his contact info please let me know.

Try responding directly to his thread for him to contact you. I seem to remember reading somewhere on here that there may be a minimum number of posts or time as a member before you can respond to for sale ads. Not sure about that though.

I talked to Geoff and he's all set.

And yes Pops, that's correct. It's an anti-scammer feature.
