I am ready to fire up the 351w , just need to go grab some plugs, wires, radiator hose and serpentine belt.

I was wondering if yall had a part number for 351 W with explorer serpentine with A/C.

But A/C deleted could get me by a little while.

For a 5.0 it is a Gates #K060825 Serp Belt, with no AC, factory PS pump and G4 Alt. Standard sized lower idler pulley, so Viper's belt # should be close

To save several trips to the parts store I would go ahead and do the measurement. Use a smaller width ratchet strap that fits inside the pulley edges. Either that or a string.

I Second this. I don't have the 351, but after getting rid of the Smog pump I had to use the string method and then have the auto parts store look it up with the measurement.

You can google a gates parts manual with specs for drive belts.

My bad I was talking about the aluminum reservoir for the powe steering %)

Made by a guy that Duffy Mahoney found on EBay... His name is Jaime. He made this for me about 10 months ago. He builds to your spec.
He also make a nice Rad recovery bottle too.

But when I reached out last to get something else made he said he was having supply issues, then he got covid. He recovered, but told me that he had no gas in his tank at the end of the work day to do these items. Dr's were trying to figure it out. My last email to him was not responded to. Hope he is doing okay?

I Apologize for the Hi-Jack folks...

Having just done this. Continental 4060975 fits. This is for a 351W with all stock Explorer parts including AC.
