Line-X on dash pad?

Has anyone every had Line-X sprayed on their cracked/crappy dash pad?

No, but I''ve thought about it tho. I had my 77 dash linexed in gray and as they did the gray the came behind it with Ford Silver Frost Metallic. It came out great, but if you brush your knuckles against it, it's taking some skin.

Or just have a custom made! It is an old one that is wrapped in vinyl.

And why I never recommend doing liner on top of the door or bed rails. You might think you never use it for an arm rest, but if you have bed liner there I can almost guarantee you will try it!

Oh, and when doing an interior in liner, I also say stop at the end before you get to the tailgate opening. Even as loose as we think the fitment is on panels and such, the thickness of a liner will mess you up when it comes to adjusting the tailgate properly.
Best to leave it just short of the lip.

I know that's not what this thread is about, but since we're talking about using bedliners, figured I'd throw it out there anyway.
