Im watching and surprised that some of the cars I thought would bring big money aren't. The 69 Trans Am, the LS6 Chevelle, the 67 427 Covette, the COPO Camaro. However, the Elenor tribute brought over $300K! Just some of the cars Im thinking would bring big $$ aren't while others are.

I can't believe that the Urban Madness Bronco that looks like a Jeep sold for $127,000. That thing is butt ugly.

It is a strange year. Some really nice restored muscle cars are not bringing restoration costs and avergae Broncos and 67-72 C10 K10 trucks are bringing stupid money.

I am here and watched quite a few broncos go through. Spent the morning looking them over. Some nice some not. All going higher than I would pay but it is what it is. Would love to buy one but crazy pricing. Almost bought a FJ40 this morning for $24000. Kind if kicking myself on that one. They are going high also.

There was a peach of an FJ40 over at Gooding. Went for, I think $74K

Me too, I thought it was funny, $80,000+ and couldn't afford a family cage bikini top.:p

96,800 after buyer commission and add tax on that. I think ill finish mine to a minimum, hide all the body gap issues by not putting doors and top on it and enter it at BJ! Crazy prices for some and glad for others.

Most of the Broncos I saw. Got there a little late Friday but we still walked a little over 5 miles. Missed a couple tents but I think I saw almost every Bronco that was sold. Another 10-15 on display at vendors I didnt get pics of.

Jefe, I wish I had run into you. It was a lot of fun. Amazing amount of cars, money, people, money, and Broncos. For me, I wanted to see the inside of the green one with the pwr steering box mounted inside the rails. I had to laugh about the wench mounted under the bumper. WTF.
I'm 3.7 yrs into my restomod, learn more every day about these broncos. Amazingly nice works at vendors, but some serious bondo over rust on others. Scary.

Yeah we had a blast. Even spotted this in the RV parking lot

The Green Half Cab had some cool touches. Gas cap filled in and moved to the inner fender. License plate smoothed over and installed as a flip down under the bumper

Blue suspension pieces looked out of place and a strange stabilizer setup

What is this zip tied rod going from the frame into the passenger rear wheel on the blue and black topless one?

No wipers and installed a cover

A bunch of us were on stage with the Gateway Bronco when it sold for $650k. Real neat experience as the bidding took off. I figured maybe $300-350K beforehand!

Parking brake cable.

Yeah, a banjo string at ride height! Typical of a lot of B-J builds.

How much did they want for that beautiful '69 outside? I've seen it somewhere online but didn't see a price.

The green '69 half cab was an interesting surprise for me. For years I kept my eye on a pale blue half cab at a ranch north of Wikieup, AZ. I thought it might be a '66 and wondered if the rancher was the original owner. 3-4 years ago it disappeared and I was bummed. I had hoped that someday I could stop in and the guy would sell it to me, but now it was gone and I figured I'd never see it again.

I was checking out the green half cab and reading the spec sheet in the back window and noted it said it was from a ranch in Wikieup, AZ. Hmmmm....then my eyes moved over to some build pics also posted in the window and I saw the as-bought picture and knew immediately this was the truck I had been following all those years. It was purchased by Maxlider so who knows where it's headed now. I'll bet the guy bought it for peanuts from the rancher. The janky stabilizer install notwithstanding, it was one of the better builds there.
