What have you done in your shop or garage to show off some Americana? I've got more than a few ideas and am looking to do something cool, but would like to see what others have done.

I've got many abstract oil paintings adorning the floors of my shop, all done in oil. Some darker than others depending on the quality of the floor absorbent used...... ;):p:)

Good timing for this post - just starting to get my new garage decorated. Old license plates, iconic BFG Bronco poster, steering wheel, hubcap, dash, an LEBC 50th sign, an MEB sign, a 2008 CB calendar with our Bronco on the cover, a shelf with some models on it . . . etc.

Using pegboard makes it easy to hang and arrange items. I'd like to get a grille and maybe a fender to hang as well.

Here’s one of mine, all mementos to historical projects. The buggy is the 1st scratch built buggy I was commissioned to build in 2003, some body panels off of the WeRock promod comp buggy that I helped campaign for 13 seasons and my 1 attempt at a door decal. Working on a hub cap section, that I’m sure will grow for a few more decades lol

My original tailgate was shot, so I cut out the FORD letters and had them powdercoated. I hung it on the wall as wall art. It's the size of a license plate. Pretty cool.;)

Hey Kevin!.... How did you guess that I'm into signs?.....Surely not....;D;D;D

You have some cool stuff hanging around in your garage too!!...Besides that cool '67 Sport with a Cleveland!

There's part of a Goodyear wingfoot that you can see in one of the pictures and guess what happened all the letters.... They are porcelain too! I removed a 24" tall set of "Good(wingfoot)Year" letters ...all porcelain..
and threw the letters in the dumpster!!!!! just saved the wingfoot!! OUCH!! That was probably 25 years ago or 30...but OUCH!! Several thousand $ trashed!!!!

Man I've got to get mine together . I have about 15 signs . An old GREEN Dr. Pepper Box. a 1956 HEMI. No carb on it but I do have an AFB TO SET ON TOP OF IT. I need some old headers & an Intake.. I've tried to build an old gas station in front of my shop .
I have a OUTHOUSE beside the station .

.......
....Gary Scoop . what is the wooden step holding shelf you've built.
... I have something Myself & the youngest grand son Built a couple years ago.
Mine is a Battery Charging Station. Back in the 50's all the stations had items like this in them. Mine has 4 steps like a step ladder .. TOP BOX OR DRAW Holds anything needed to install a battery .IT'S BEEN REALLY HANDY. 2 Normal chargers . & A TRICKLE CHARGER TO HOLD A CHARGE ON SOME SMALL BATTERY .
& an Electric 110v Strip with about 6 outlets. What do you store in yours.
On the farm I keep lots of batters.

It’s a rack I built to hold all my “Wish-It” cans. You know, cans that hold all my extra nuts & bolts, small parts, fuses, light bulbs, etc., and when you need something you wish it is in there! My dad always had wish-it cans or boxes in his garage. But all my cans are still in storage now so the rack is just collecting odd items right now.

.........
.....MY WISH IT cans, are boxes or draws.. As I had the parts store .. I'll bet I have 10 of those old Dorman bends that have the pull out draws. & I have 2 of the Weather Head big ones with about 75 pull draws each .& One DuPoint card file .
& Several more . Those are what my nuts & bolts are in.

Justin where did you fine that Bronco sign over the grill. It looks like a metal sign in the picture but I realize it may just be cardboard . But I like it.
It is metal.. I bought it at an auto swap meet.
