1968 Ford Bronco (U15)
302 Engine with Edelbrock Performer Intake manifold and Edelbrock 4 Barrel carburetor. newer exhaust (2 into 1) with Flowmaster muffler.
3 Speed manual transmission with James Duff floor shifter conversion.
Dana 44 front axle, Yukon Zip locker, 4.56 gears
Ford 9” rear axle, Yukon locker, 4.56 gears.
Brakes: front disc brakes, rear disc brakes (BC broncos rear disc brake kit). It still has the manual drum master cylinder on it. I was planning on upgrading to hydroboost, but haven't gotten to it.
Upgraded power steering kit and aftermarket tilt steering column.
Painless main wire harness.
6 point roll cage.
Corbeau seats.
3.5” Wildhorses lift. 2” Body lift.
33” tires, The tires are old and have some weather cracking. They should be replaced.
The body is in very good condition. No rust rot in any of the usual places. I don't want to say this Bronco doesn't have any rust, but it is very minimal for a Bronco.
The paint looks good from about five to ten feet away, but is not show quality by any means. It has some gloss to it, but has dry spots where the paint didn't flow out very well. It was painted before I got it, over eight years ago. The paint has held up well, it just isn't a very high quality paint job.
The engine compartment has some type of brush on rubberized undercoating that was applied to the inner fender, firewall and underside of the hood. That is why it has the lumpy texture in the photos. It will scrape off and clean up with some work.
