Am I seeing the base of a hi-lift jack on the passenger side of the rack in pic 1?

If so, where do you use it on these new round plastic rigs?

Also, how are they running wiring to the roof lights?

The two on display are pre production versions. The details observed are not what you will get when the first models arrive next summer. Don't hold your breath to get the details.

The new Bronco pretty much stayed behind the ropes with Ford "handlers" present. They did bring it out couple of times for some photo shoots.

The bumpers and rockers on this example are steel so using a highlift is not an issue. although I can count on one hand how many times I've used one in the field on a rig. On trail rigs we usually throw a ratchet strap around the axle to keep it from excessively drooping and pull it over with a buddies winch:p

Here's a shoot with Tim Hulick's awesome '66 roadster and my Ford acquaintance offered to take a pic for me with the ropes lowered so I accepted! I think there was only one person there that was authorized to drive it.
