Found this. Would have been published in August probably.

I like how the first promotional broncos grille are painted in a line to go just above the headlight rings.

They called it a roadster and the Roadster mirrors are mounted on the doors.

Yeah the date I always think of was around August 11th '65 give or take a day or so....(senior moment);) then again I could be off by a month?

Pretty sure that was the date Ford announced the Bronco, that's a Todd Z question lol. :cool:

Yes, 8/11 was the press conference/announcement. Makes sense that 9/15 was the 'on sale' date.

I can get lost in a stack of ole magazines looking for this stuff. Old mustang ads are cool also.

Check out this old KONI shock ad.

I found a couple of "special" old ads/articles in an antique store the other day,I'll share at some point.
