Early Bronco and full size steering wheel difference?

There’s a guy local to me that has an NOS steering wheel but it’s for a full-size bronco- f-series. Obviously it looks the same as the later EB wheel. I was just wondering what the differences are. I tried doing research and everything keeps showing them as different part numbers so I’m assuming there’s something different about them. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
