I was working on the 66 today & opened the garage door to find it was mid 60s and the sun was shining. I took a little tour of some local parks looking for a beautiful tree to get some pics under but the best ones I saw were all in someones front yard. here's a few shots I took.

Looks great, sometimes the best places to shoot are close to home.

Thanks everyone, I think the red tree makes the best of the rattle can black paint. I've got a good Summer pic now I need one in the snow and in the spring. This is definitely a Bronco for all seasons!

winter pics

It was a balmy 32 degrees out so I locked in the hubs & parked the 66 in my side yard for a couple snow pics. I don't think this counts as "Wheeling" but it was fun getting the treads full of snow. Last pic is same spot the day I got it in 2018 for reference.

I took a couple more in the backyard today. Now I just need a good summer pic & I'll print & frame them for a poster in the Man Cave. Then I can do it all again after I paint it.

Yeah that is a challenge. Another thing I want to do is print photos and stick them along the long wall in the barn so I can show the progression of things done to the Bronco over time. The only hitch in that plan is I have to build the barn first.........

I didn't get any new Fall color pics this year but it was 65 degrees & sunny so I took the 66 for a ride. I stopped at a local park & snapped a couple pics in front of the kids fishing pond & I think they turned out pretty good for a spur of the moment pics.

Winter 2021

Sunny day & I needed to see if the Trac Loc in the Dana 44 works. I just finished swapping out the 30 for the 44 W/disc and all new brake lines. I also put in a tach so I can see how fast the motor was turning when I blow it up ;D
Trac Loc works great - need to bleed the brakes again to get the rest of the air out but I'm pretty happy so far.

Beautiful evening for a cruise! I stopped by a local lake & snapped a few pics & I'm pretty happy with the results. It does make me want to put a real paint job on the truck - maybe in the Fall.
