• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

Funny. Touted its originality and then casually drops the “302 and C4 auto” that isn’t running.

Man, I want a roadster so bad. It looks like they painted it Lime Gold, which looks cool with the silver interior.

Yeah the 302 and C4....its a shame, although probably easily undone.

By the screw holes for the choke cable bracket, looks like it originally had a I6. So, at the least, the original motor towers have been chopped off and the core support cut for the wider V8 type radiator.

hey RVB, can you (or anyone) tell from this pic if my core support was I6 and cut for V8? Just noticed this a week or so ago, thanks. -jeff

I seen this at the Goodguys show in Arizona, solid bronco.
It’s pretty obvious that the core support has been cut/opened up for a V8 conversion.

If it were a 6cyl.core support that someone cut, they went to a lot of work to add the stock-type vertical reinforcement next to the cut edge. I am leaning toward it being a V8 core support. Of course that is from the photo and not seeing it in person.

Sorry i didn’t recall seeing a finished edge. Remember lokking at it and thinking someone had cut it out. An you post a better pic of the opening?

I think RVB was responding to my question, the pic in post #7 is of my 72, just noticed the other day that it looks to have been cut
