I'm wondering if anyone has ideas, suggestions, referrals to anyone who could produce a high-quality, insulated canvas soft top to fit on a BC Broncos soft top frame.

Icon 4x4 makes their own very nice version, but only for their builds. Jonathan Ward has done a stellar job with the seams (line up across the top to mimic the look of the drip-rail), the windows (bigger), the overall look of that top is super-fine. Not to mention the multi-layer insulation which, I imagine, improves both the noise level and comfort inside the cab, but also achieves a better and tighter fit of the canvas on the frame.

I am attaching 2 pics. the 1st is BC Broncos top, the 2nd is the Icon top.

Any leads would be enormously appreciated. Thanks y'all!!

We have done custom fabric before.
Just pick a brand and color, I can call my guy and get a quote, some fabric is heavier and harder to work with so there is some materials that cannot be used effectively.
Of course waterproofing and durability is also an issue with custom picked material, so you will have to take that into account.
The insulated headliner is a snap in so you can add or remove it whenever you like.
