DOOR HINGE help!!!!!

Ok took old stock hinges off and replaced with new stainless lift off hinges.

The door gets about 4-6 inches before the latch hits the striker when I get this obstruction on the bottom hinge. How do I get this hinge to clear?

The door is hitting the hinge at the area in the blue/purple in the image below.

I sold my lift off hinges cuz I just couldn't get the doors right.

I’m doing the Diff hinges, I like how they put the pin side of the hinge on the door So the hole side of the hinge I used a 1/2 All Thread rod and lined it up. When that lined up I hung the door and worked on alignment. Honestly I think I got lucky. I may give the other door a shot tomorrow
