Added the climate control & seat heater switches (forgot about the wiper switch, I'll add it in above the light switch later- will need to make a plate & rivet to dash, the switch clips into thin metal not 1/4" fiber glass). Made the upper & lower hoses (I kept cracking the aluminum tube when bending, figured out - I heated the tube to de- temper the 6061 alloy & voila.
Made the upper fuel tank mounts (using wild horse lower mount), installed the seat belts, installed the e-brake pedal assy. & front cable. I'm in the middle of installing the power steps have to remount because of the front link on the pass side (of course I installed the drivers side 1st) Have to cut through the floor to clear the motor - I'll make a brace just front of the seat mount to cover the hole. Lathed the 8 ball shift knob & counter sunk a marine challenge coin (2 of my kids & my son in law are marines). Let me know what you guys think so far - Rich

Finally got some stuff done was off a month (covid) knock the shit out of me.
had to remake the panel for the climate control, needed to add window switches, also added 2 dome lights under side. mounted the usb & lighter ports below the lights.
Cut 2 more tubes for the center roll bar & made the center over head console.
The screws holding center piece are going to be replaced with flat heads. working on the center console between the seats. Going to get a 6" by 5' round tube to bend the roof (should show pics in a couple days).

Awesome...

Your switches look like what I wired for my neighbors Yota project. I wired the switches so down was off for all, the outer two on each each are double trigger, the front lights can come on with the high beams, the rears can come on with the reverse shifter or turned fully to on.

My switches are all single, prewired. I'm going to rewire for ground control the relays, this makes it possible to tie into reverse & dome lights still use door switches & reverse light switch.
Made the roof used 1/4" ss screws to hold to the roll bar (want a clean look on the inside)
Finished the cup holders & modified a cell phone mount (I used thread inserts - tested to see if the threads spin & they did so I filed little notches in the hole & retested - no spin)
Installed the condenser
Working on the ac & heater hoses. Rich

Thanks guys, I've been working on bumper designs, 1st 1 I scraped (a couple of days of fun). Should have pics tomorrow of the front bumper.
I have to finish the bumpers, relocate the rear tubs, and finish the gas fill, then the body can come off. Need to finish welding the chassis and send off to powder coat

Got the inner wheel tubs and the forward panels cut out. Shortened the rear panels 3" & bent 1" at a right angle for tub attachment for a total of 4" set back . Made the forward panels just have finish clearing the shock towers. Should look factory except 4" set back & shock clearance. Some pics now should finish either sun or mon. Rich

I built a body stand out of wood, disassembled & separated the body from frame (check out the picture of the body 6 feet in the air). Now going to finish up the chassis- fuel tank install, fuel lines, brake lines & exhaust before complete tear down to frame. Man i got parts all over the place , need to take time to organize. Very impressive work! Really like the plumbing. What is your track width? Wms? If I had my shock towers out that far the tire would rub hard articulating for sure. Do you have any pics of the rear suspension cycling?

High 79ina69 (you live close to me) my axles are 6" wider than stock. My rear shocks just start to rub at full art, I need to move my upper towers in a bit. I'm extending my rear lower links 4" - the forward mount closer to the rear of the front lower mount (just because I'm anal). I like the look better. going to move the rear upper mount inward to clear the tires, going to move the front upper shock mount back to match the angle of the rear shocks. 2 steps forward 1 step back. Spent 2 days on the oil pan (now holds 8 qts ) but at a steep down hill the oil could run out of the pick up f--k it I'm going to put a stock 1 on (would be a good oil pan for a street rod. To much fun. Should have the susp done in a couple of days. Then I'll finish stripping the frame down and finish welding. Going to keep the roll bar on the body so I can pick up the body to finish welding the under side. As soon as the under side is done I can finish welding the roll bar then off to powder coating.Rich

Thanks sprdv1. Finished welding the exhaust, remounted the upper front & rear shock mounts.
Stripped downed the frame, ready to finish welding. Man I got parts all over. bagged & tagged the bolts, need to reorganize or it's going to take me forever to rebuild. Decided I can add a piece of steel inside of the oil pan to hold the oil in sump on a steep downhill. I'll show pics later. Rich

Ok finished welding the frame, the front and rear axles. Added the lower tank mounts, finished the rear diff center assy. organized some parts. need to finish welding the roll cage then off to powder coat. I had some issues, got a water blister on my little finger (didn't want to stop a perfectly good weld - just because it got a little warm), didn't have my gloves on - dusted my knuckle with the sand disc- a bitch doing dishes tonight. Rich

Removed all the dents from the bed floor, made the covers to clear upper shock mounts. Been doing all the finish welding on the under side of body (still have more to go). Working on the engine compartment. Had an idea, cut a short section of scrap stainless exhaust pipe, split it down the middle, and cut the half section in 1/2 again. Welded it together, sanded & polished a little bit to see if it was the look I was looking for (going to make a grill insert from head light to head light). The trick is going to be tapering from center to ends (will need to make a wooden jig). Got a date to powder coat (should be done in about 2 weeks), doing all the links & knuckles in red, frame, roll bar, brake pedal, seat bases black. Rich
